Please join SEED High School for an informative workshop on transition to adulthood. Hannah Michaelsen, Program Director of Care Parent Network, will discuss all aspects of the adult transition process. Come learn about the options that are available to plan for life after high school and get your questions answered.  It’s never too early to plan for transition.

Parents of individuals in middle school, high school, and beyond, are encouraged to attend, but all parents and caregivers are welcome.
