October 21st – Restoration of Socialization & Recreation Services
October 28th – How to Access Social/Rec Services by 24 Hour Home Care Services
Care Parent Network is offering a series of four trainings on transition topics to help students and parents better understand the options that are available in order to plan for life after high school. Parents of individuals in middle school, high school, and beyond, are encouraged to attend, but all parents and caregivers are welcome. It’s never too soon to plan for transition! Please join us for all four session or pick and choose presentations of special interest.
