This program will provide an overview of the limited conservatorship process and address the most common questions asked by families who are planning for the future of a child with an intellectual or developmental disability. Jennifer Steneberg from The Dale Law Firm will discuss possible methods of retaining legal decision-making authority for an adult child without formal conservatorship and the role of Regional Center in decision-making.
